Sun in Libra
Modern
Your sense of self develops in relationship: you know who you are partly by who you are with, and you feel the imbalance in a room before anyone names it. The gift is diplomacy and real grace; the trap is losing your own preference in the effort to keep the peace. At your best you make fairness feel like warmth, not arithmetic.
Traditional (Hellenistic)
Libra is the Sun's fall, opposite its Aries exaltation, in the Venus-ruled cardinal air. The older authors say a planet in fall works at a disadvantage to its own nature, here the solitary light expressing through partnership and balance. This is not a defect but a redirection: the self is found through the other. The gift is fairness and grace; the cost is a self that can dissolve into pleasing.
Lean in — State your own preference before you broker everyone else's.
Watch for — Keep the peace by disappearing.
