Do I need to enter my birth time to use the app?
No. The free tier shows the real-time sky without any personal data. Birth time is only needed for Premium features (your personal birth chart, personal transits, and calendar overlay).
Why $5.99 for Premium?
Because subscription pricing sustains a solo developer studio building the app with the craft astrology apps have been missing. No freemium microtransactions. No dark patterns. Just a tool that pays for itself.
How accurate is the timing?
Tight. Moon sign changes, void windows, and New and Full Moons land to the second. So when a notification fires, the sky really has just shifted. Extra care goes into Moon speed because the Moon moves fastest and matters most day-to-day.
Will my data be sold or shared?
No. Your birth data and chart calculations stay on your device and are never sold or shared. The free tier shows a non-personalized banner ad through Google AdMob, so ads are based on general context, not a profile of you. Premium removes ads entirely. See the Privacy Policy for full details.
How do I cancel Premium?
Open the Google Play Store app, tap your profile icon, then Payments and subscriptions, then Subscriptions, pick My Astro Weather, and tap Cancel. Cancellation is instant. You keep Premium features until the end of your current billing period.
