Saturn here weighs on belief: a serious, skeptical, hard-earned philosophy, structured study, perhaps doubt or a strict early religion, mastery of a field through long discipline. The tradition reads the ninth as the place of the divine and the sojourn abroad. The gift is deep, tested wisdom and real expertise; the cost is dogmatism, doubt, or a faith that comes hard.
