Aspects
Chiron Square Sedna
The deepest wound of abandonment and the drive to heal keep grinding against each other, keeping a very old, often ancestral betrayal close to the surface. It can show as profound trust wounds, a sense of being left at the bottom, or a frozen grief that will not fully thaw. This square will not let it stay buried, it pushes you to do the long, slow work. The way through is to face the deep wound honestly and get real, sustained support, thaw it at a pace you can hold, and let what you survive become deep compassion for others, rather than a freeze you keep returning to.
Lean in — Face the deep wound with real, sustained support, and thaw slowly.
Watch for — Return to the freeze instead of doing the long work.
