Aspects
Chiron Opposition Pholus
The wound around release tends to come at you through other people. You may draw in those who need help surfacing what they have contained, become the one who guides the opening of sealed material, or find that closeness re-opens your own old hurt around a release that went wrong. There can be a back-and-forth of who uncorks and who is flooded. The work is to keep the wound from running it: notice when you take responsibility for everyone's releases while neglecting your own, set the pace so the opening is safe, and bring the dynamic into balance, so it heals rather than re-floods.
Lean in — Set a safe pace and tend your own held material too.
Watch for — Carry everyone's releases while neglecting your own.
