Chiron Opposition Hygiea
The wound around health and the body tends to come at you through other people. You may draw in those who are unwell or need care, step into the role of the one who helps others heal, or find that tending others re-opens your own old hurt around the body. There can be a back-and-forth of who is the patient and who the healer. The work is to keep the wound from running it: notice when you over-give care to others while neglecting yourself, let yourself be tended too, and bring the helping into balance, so the care heals both rather than restaging your own unhealed strain.
Lean in — Let yourself be cared for too, not only the caregiver.
