Facies
Facies
Facies, the nebula at the face of the archer near 8 degrees of Capricorn, is the Sagittarian's aiming eye. Robson and Ebertin give it a hard, dangerous cast tied to violence, blindness, and accidents, but also to a ruthless, single-pointed leadership that does not flinch. Brady reads it as the unblinking stare of the one taking aim. The gift is fierce concentration; the caution is the cost of a focus that spares nothing.
