Neptune
- Rules
- Pisces
Neptune is the principle of dissolution and transcendence: imagination, dreams, compassion, spirituality, and idealism, but also illusion, glamour, and escape. It is the longing to merge with something greater and the thinning of the boundary between self and all. A modern outer planet unknown to the older tradition, Neptune moves slowly and so is partly generational; in the personal chart it matters most by house and by aspect to the personal planets, where its transpersonal force breaks into individual life.
Lean in — Work consciously with Neptune where it touches your personal planets and angles.
Watch for — Resist Neptune's pull entirely; its force tends to arrive whether or not you cooperate.
